This Delivery Policy explains how Siudym Advisory fulfils orders for market research, communication strategy, and advisory report services. All services are delivered exclusively as digital documents. No physical goods are produced or shipped at any point.

2. How Orders Work
The order process for all services follows these steps:
- The client selects a service and completes checkout on the website
- Payment is processed securely online at the time of ordering
- An order confirmation is sent electronically to the client’s email address
- Work commences upon successful payment and order confirmation
- The completed report is delivered electronically within the confirmed timeframe

Delivery timelines are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays). If a deadline cannot be met, the client is notified in advance with a revised delivery date.
4. Delivery Method
All completed reports are delivered by email to the address provided at checkout. Reports are sent as PDF documents unless an alternative format is agreed in writing. No physical documents are posted or couriered.
5. Order Confirmation
Upon successful payment, an order confirmation is sent automatically to the client’s email address. This confirmation includes:
- Order reference number
- Service purchased and agreed fee
- Estimated delivery date
- Contact details for any queries
6. Non-Receipt of Deliverables
If you have not received your report within the stated delivery timeframe, please:

- Verify the email address provided at checkout

We will investigate and resolve any delivery issue within 1 business day of being notified.
7. Proof of Delivery
Siudym Advisory retains records of all report deliveries, including email transmission logs and order records. Proof of delivery can be provided upon request.
8. Geographic Availability
Services are available to business clients worldwide, subject to applicable sanctions and trade restrictions. We do not accept orders from entities located in jurisdictions subject to EU or UN sanctions.
