These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all orders, project engagements, and commercial transactions between Siudym Advisory (the trading name of Sylwester Jan Siudym — Entrepreneur Individuel) and its clients. By placing an order or confirming a project engagement, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

Siudym Advisory provides the following professional B2B advisory services, registered under APE code 7021Z:

All services are delivered exclusively as structured PDF documents transmitted digitally. No physical goods are produced or shipped. No advertising campaigns are managed and no media is purchased on behalf of clients.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

A binding contract is formed when the client completes an order via the website checkout and payment is successfully processed. An order confirmation is sent electronically to the email address provided at checkout.

Siudym Advisory reserves the right to decline an order where fulfilment would conflict with applicable law or where the request falls outside the registered scope of activity.

All deliverables are transmitted electronically to the email address provided at checkout. If a deadline cannot be met, the client is notified in advance with a revised timeline.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 PRICING

All prices are stated in euros (EUR, €) and are inclusive of all fees. No additional charges are applied.

TVA non applicable — Article 293 B du Code Général des Impôts. VAT is not applied to any invoice.

5.2 PAYMENT

Payment is made securely online at the time of ordering via the website checkout. Work commences upon successful payment and order confirmation. An order confirmation and receipt are sent electronically to the client’s email address.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee and Refunds

Siudym Advisory offers a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all completed reports. If a delivered report does not meet the agreed brief, the client may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the delivery date by contacting info@siudymadvisory.online.

Where a refund is approved, a full refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of the approved refund request. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy.

7. Revisions

One round of revisions is included with every report. Revisions must be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery and must relate to the original agreed brief. Additional revision rounds beyond the first are quoted separately.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 OWNERSHIP OF DELIVERABLES

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of all deliverables produced specifically for their project. Prior to full payment, all rights remain with Sylwester Jan Siudym.

8.2 CLIENT-PROVIDED MATERIALS

The client warrants that all materials provided to Siudym Advisory are owned by the client or that the client holds all necessary rights. The client indemnifies Siudym Advisory against any third-party intellectual property claims arising from client-provided materials.

8.3 PORTFOLIO USE

Siudym Advisory may reference completed projects in anonymised form for portfolio or promotional purposes, unless the client has expressly requested confidentiality in writing.

9. Confidentiality

Siudym Advisory treats all client briefs, documents, and business information as strictly confidential. This information is used solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed service and is not disclosed to any third party without the client’s prior written consent, except where required by law. This obligation survives the termination of the engagement for a period of three years.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Siudym Advisory to a client shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project in question.

Siudym Advisory shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of delivered reports. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before the report is delivered by contacting info@siudymadvisory.online. If work has not yet commenced, a full refund is issued. If work is in progress, a proportional refund is issued reflecting work completed at the point of cancellation.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France. EU-resident clients retain the right to bring proceedings in their country of habitual residence under applicable EU law.
